I am observing chest tightness due to gas after dinner and it's taking much time to settle down and it's happening after I got covid. Recently for neck and hand pain i am using TOLPERITAS D AND PREGABID tablets so after using TOLPERITAS D from 2 days it happened so today i consulted general doctor and advised to take ECG and it came normal. Even few months back due to benefit of doubt i have taken ECG D ECHO TMT and all were very normal so doctors ruled out heart problem but sometimes when chest tightness happens am feeling slight pain around chest and post nasal is getting blocked for sometime so can i confirm this is definitely gastric problem and need to use medicine for gastric only if so what's the best advise I can get and suggest me best treatment for this because am suffering with this from last 2 years. I am suffering with mild stomach cramps since 10 days. The pain is not continuous but during certain intervals like post lunch or dinner. I also feel constipated, as my stool has been different(pieces) with smell.

Hello, I have a history of Fatty liver disease. My recent LFT shows direct bilirubin 0.33. Normal should be less than 0.3.   8 months earlier too it was elevated 0.32. Rest of LFT parameters are normal only this is elevated. Please guide. I also suffer from indigestion problems intermittently.

Hii doctor,I had low digestion of leafy vegs,fats.(pls tell reason) I feel sometimes bloated and pain in stomach. I can't empty bowels,coming unstructured bowel and even sticky poop.i think I lost flexibility of intestines reflex. My ultrasound shows 170.0 mm length liver . Parenchymal echogenecity is increased in general. Hepatomegaly with Grad 2 fatty change . What should I do ? Please guide me.
