Can I eat dark chocholate granola from true elements after 1month of my laproscopic gall bladder surgery ? With what kind of milk can i consume oats in breakfast Also, from when can I start eating chicken it's already been 1month of my surgery

I have an issue that when I eat wheat product I feel bloated in my stomach,why it's happening Before that I got infection in my stomach,from then I noticed this problem.

Sir i am 24 year old. My usg report shows 2/3 fatty liver. I want to know the meaning of grade 2/3 fatty liver.

Since February i am sufferering from stomach pain that migrate from one place to another , means one side to another side.  done basic tests, ultrasound, ct scan, cbc, kidney function test etc. All were found normal, the specialist gave medicine for 20 days, but issues not resolved, I consulted another gastroenterologist from fortis hospital delhi, he gave me medicine for 15 days and ask for paying attention on weight, as weight must not go down, as already I loosed 6-7 kg within few months, also hee suggest me for endoscopy and colonoscopy if weight goes down and other 2 blood sample test. I already gone through pile surgery in December 2022. Please help.

How long can a Nissen fundoplication last means in terms of years . I have heard there is very high chance of reoccurring that is the wrap will become loose or undone within few years.

I have diarrhoea associated with ulcerative coltis. Can I take lomeramide tablet for immediate stopping diarrhoea as temp relief .currently I have only semi solid tool without any blood .frequency is 5 -6 times .also having bowel incontinence. Regular medicine i am taking is mesacol and azoran. Also I feel it may be due to stomach infection.UC was diagnosed in 2005.

My mother (55 years) had her gallbladder removed exactly one month ago due to stones . She had one episode of vomitting two weeks back when she had chips and also had one episode of vomitting yesterday . Other than this she is not having any digestive issue. Is its normal after surgery ?

Hi Doctor, I went under a sonography test for gasteric issues but while doing the sonography my reports showed " well defined anechoic cystic lesion (5.8×5.5x5.7 cm) Volume 98 cc with wall septations seen in spleen. What does this indicates? Is it serious? My blood report shows Neutrophlis shows toxic granules. Neutrophilis level is 45. What does this means. Attaching few reports.

I was facing constipation problem earlier  back ago now i am having soft stools still while passing stool sometimes like twice or thrice in 15 days i feel something friction i am having fissure problem though but 4-5 days no pain but sometimes it occurs like friction pain but stool seems normal no Hard or no constipated stool still facing friction i am not getting what should I do i eat fiber oriented diet also drink water 3 litres do exercise but unable to figure out actual cause. Even use lots of ointment and laxatives too can anyone help to figure out this problem?

I work in a bank which only requires sitting, i am feeling short of breath since 2 weeks and a bit anxiety, i did some tests what would you suggest further by looking at the report. I consume alcohol as well as do smoking regularly.
