CT scan issue
My CT scan says ascending colon and terminal iliem narrow due to circumferential wall thickening and suggests tuberculosis colitis.colonoscopy was done only till splenic fixure due to spastic colon.so what is the alternate way to find the issue without biopsy.what should be done next.kindly suggest a proper guidance so that next any pathology or scan can be done .
