In USg patchy fatty infilteration shows In CT scan hepatic cyst seen Fibroscan report is enclosed HIV,HBSAG,HCV Negative. Pls give me advice what is treatment.

Fibroscan  is normal Simple hepatic cyst needs no intervention Safe to neglect  it
