Increased acid reflux, would like to know items i should eat daily and their proportions. I am a hoisewife and eat home made food but from last one week my acid reflux is at peek and even a chapati is causing too much acidity... whole day acid reflux... got throat and esophagal ulcers please suggest food items one by one and what proportion, cooked or uncooked, day, afternoon and evening categorised in detail. I m vegetarian. P.s. i have GERD from 4 years... but never experienced this level of acid reflux. I m having rablet d twice a day.. still cant curtail the acidity. Also prescribe medicines if possible

Hi, For last few years I am suffering from piles, Constipation problem means incomplete evacuation, dry and hard stools difficult to clear not I eat Vegetarian diet, fruits and fibre also but despite that I have to take regular laxatives such as Cremaffin plus, Pruvict 2 Now my doctor add Lubowel 24 mcg also I want to know Is Pruvict 2 & Lubowel 24 mcg is same medicine or has same effect or can I take both the medicines along with Cremaffin plus? Kindly advice. Thanks in advance

Which laxative I should use cremaffin or Cremaffin plus for fissure or should I use isabgol which one will be effective

The liver is normal in size and shows subtle coarsening of parenchymal echotexture. No focal lesion is seen. The intrahepatic portal and hepatic venous system appear normal. The intrahepatic bile ducts are not dilated. What does it mean? What needs to be done? Thank you.
