Hi my age is 29 years. I have been suffering from constipation since 2 years. I consulted every doctor in Hyderabad to diagnose my problem. They did everything - sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy, balloon manometry test , testosterone test , and everything is normal. I used every kind of laxative and medication out in market but my condition is not improved. My lifestyle is well arranged - I don’t have any habit of drinking or smoking. I eat clean food with good amount of fibre and no junk food also. I exercise every day. Still I suffer despite being like this. I need help. It is affecting my day to day things. I spend more than 2 hrs in bathroom still my bowel doesn’t empty. I push hard to empty my stomach, still it is incomplete. I am forced to live with it and it is very inconvenient. No medication is working. I am feeling very bad. Please help me.

Hi For the last few days I was suffering from hepatitisA and swelling in my liver...I was admitted for 10 days because my SGPT/ SGOT was 2800 and 3800... But nw they have reduced to 68 and 62...but my ALP is 256 nd GGTP is 106...do I need to worry..Is there any damage in the liver...Or it will affect me for a longer period of time..Or after recovery will it affect me again because its the matter of liver...for reference check my attached lab report for better understanding. .Wht all precautions do I need to take for full recovery..What food should I take..

Sir I have cbd stone but I am pregnency. Sir few months ago I do ercp. Dr sertified everything is ok. But usg report singale stone. Sir all tremstar do ercp sefly. Please kindly answer me. 3 yr ago cbd open surggery but stone not removed.

I was diagnosed with GERD and stomach ulcers 3 years ago and did proper treatment under gastroenterologist. I did the ugi endoscopy again few months ago and doctor told it was normal. But still I need to take Omeprazole 20 daily or else I feel extreme burning in my stomach. Doctor told it is due to excess acid production in stomach. What should I do , I am taking PPI medication for more than 4 years, I want to stop it .

I had blood drops while passing tool in 2018 . Later it got reduced slowly as I travelled less and took rest. Whenever I have outside food /spice food I can feel the skin tag coming out and hardly going inside in 2021. I sit for long hours due to my job. The skin comes out after passing tool it goes back. What is the procedure to reduce this. If surgery how many days should I take leave for rest?. Worried a lot. Kindly help

This query is for my mother aged 57 years. She is having a chronic stomach problem. Even with simple home cooked food, on many days during a certain time(mainly early evening), there is a tendency for loose motion 3-4 times. She doesn't face this issue during other times of the day. She is diabetic, although the same is fully under control with her current medication. Can this be due to the effect of any diabetic medication? What could be the possible cause for the same? Gastroenterologist has been consulted and routine stool examination was also done, no abnormality found.

Hello doctors, I am facing digestive issues from last 7 years. I always have to go toilet 3-4 times. I face this issue only from morning to afternoon. From afternoon I don't feel any evacuation. I feel heaviness  and mild abdominal pain. I have done upper endoscopy the impression was 'H Pylori antral gastritis' also Persistent Dyspepsia. I took 14days antibiotic course and retested it came out negative. This January I also had CT Abdomen and Pelvis the impression was 'Norma Study'. No acute/ Significant abnormality detected. I had LFT, Sool Test also which is normal. Only CRP blood test was showing 19mg/l. I also had fistula operation on last year. I want to know whether my symptoms are IBS Or IBD. Should I go for colonoscopy to rule out IBD? Kindly help.
