Hello doctor, My grandfather was diagnosed with jaundice a month ago. We got to know that he has obstructive jaundice due to gallbladder stones. He has undergone ERCP. There is improvement in Jaundice but the haemoglobin has decreased to 5.7 and so, he is really weak. The doctor  has suggested further tests for a knot found in his bile duct. If there's  nothing to worry about (less chances of something serious), his knot will be removed. My main query is about the very low haemoglobin and his weakness. He is even unable to sit properly. Although, he is talking and having a liquid diet. He is diabetic too.

I am having motion issues like semi solid stools, acidity and weight of 8 kgs in 2 years. Anxiety issue. I was advised to take CT contrast abdomen as other blood tests are normal. As my doctor is on holidays for a week. kindly advise whether the Ct report appears normal ? Is the impression on Report denotes anything. Do I have IBS ?

I was diagnosed with acalculous cholecystitis 1 month ago. I was on treatment for 21 days and now my medicines have been finished. I was also diagnosed with grade 2 fatty liver in my usg abdomen. My doctor has told me to continue the medicines and after finishing them I will be fine but nowadays when I eat food I feel heaviness and sometimes I also feel stomachache in the middle part and left part. Now what should I do, actually there was a sludge in my gall bladder and my doctor me to consult him after the course but at this time I can't visit there. So my course has completed and what diet should I take. He also told me not to eat maida and besan strictly. But now after finishing medicines, i don't eat maida but I eat besan sometimes because I m living in hostel as a student that's why I can't cook food here. Now what diet should I take. Please tell me doctor.

Hey, For the last 4,5 days whenever I'm eating anything or not eating anything I'm having gas issues (Flatulence). What could be the cause.

Hello sir / ma'am, I want to ask for my 30yrs old wife. From past 1 year she is suffering pain in her middle of chest and which radiates to the back(Thoraic region). The pain is experienced specially at early morning between 3am - 6am. It feels like a stiffness in chest and Thoraic back. Pain disappears after movements starts after waking up. pls. suggest

My Nephew who is 3 years old gets nauseous and vomits if someone eats in-front of him. We are unsure what could be the reason. Literally we should not eat anything in front of him. Could any one please let me know which doctor we should show. Does he need counselling? Please suggest.

In month of May this year I have been diagnosed with Grade2 fatty liver. Fibroscan score was 9.1 That time my SGPT, SGOT was 24 and 22 Taking Bilypsa 4mg scince June , now my LFT shows SGPT 22 but SGOT is 31. Both are in normal range but SGOT is higher than previous. My Hemoglobin is 11.7 Lymphocytes comes 44% with 26ESR.. Is it normal to have higher SGOT than SGPT in normal range? Please help 🙏

Hi , my SGOT/AST-203 U/L, SGPT/ALT is 408 U/L, Liver fibrosis is 5.5 kpa , HBsAG is non reactive , Anti-HCV is 0.10 normal, Imunogobin and all other blood report is notmal . GGT is high 457 U/L .... Can you pls suggest , I have done a lot test but confused how it's serious. I was alcoholic but quit 15 days back.
