Hi, I had my gall bladder removal surgery done on Feb 2020, now I started having upper middle stomach pain after taking antacid it goes away in 5 to 10 mint.i got my USG done and it shows that my CBD is dialated 7.5mm .no calculus seen in CBD .other than this everything is fine liver, pancreas,kidney.i got my blood test done as well. LFT and amaylase lipase everything is normal.should I need to check further.please help

Hello, Hope you are doing well i am taking medicine for ocd & depression from  2017 dec but thanks of God i am feeling good not that issue. within a 3 year i was double typhoid  positive 2 time last in nov 2022 after that i am facing so many problems like eye,bone,join and in feb 2023 my hernia & testies operation done .before nov typhoid my motion staring loose from april start abdominal pain, gas and bloating, and diarrhea also high nausea pain in heart BIG PROBLEM WAS HIGH HIGH LAZINESS & SLEEPINESS LIKE I WAS NUB 16 TO 18 HOURS so after month i saw video in YouTube so understand its may ibs so i hade visited Gastroenterologist now i am taking IB SET 5MG but last 2/3 days starting some starting problem.more is lazy and sleepiness and now my stomach is like stone. 1.i am taking normal diet like.buttermilk,Rice, wheat bread. 2.so it would be ibs or else. 3i dont want take more medicine . 4.MY IMPORTANT QUESTION IS IN WHICH PARTS OF BODY & WHERE AFFECT IBS SO WE CAN DO SOMETHING ...?

Hi, I have a Gallstone of size 5mm, which results in uneasiness and irregular pain in left and right upper abdomen. -Is it normal to feel hungry quite often in this situation? - Do I need to operate the gallstone at the earliest. If not than, will it have any serious consequences in nearer future? -Is intake of soaked dryfruits like almonds, walnuts and resins in the morning good for my health? -What other food items can be added in my diet as source of protein? Additional to protein, what other nutrition source can be the part of my diet?

A week ago my ansgpt was 131 but i stopped eating outside fast food for a week now and only eat boiled vegtables and fruits so then when i do blood test after a week now my sgpt is 107 , so what am i in four days  I can make it normal because I have only 4 days now for Gamca Medical.
