Pernicious anaemia
I get pins and needles on my legs nd hands on and off. I don't have diabetes which the sugr test confirmed.. recently i came across that pernicious anemia might be the cause such such b12 deficit.. will b12 deficit due to symptoms of pernicious anaemia be present for a prolonged period of time like pins and needles everyday or will symptoms on and off with the dietary change

Yes.. likely vitamin B12 deficiency.. Take supplements Tetrafol once daily for 3 weeks
