I have angular chelitis from very long time, When doctor prescribe a course for antibiotics. It becomes okay but comes back again.
I'm also suffering from constipation and urine is cloudy.
Can you please tell which test shall I go to confirm the infection or bacteria whatever it is?

If chronic (long term) constipation Take syp lactulose , high fibre diet, keep yourself ambulatory. In case of acute ( short term)constipation, consult immediately to doctor
