I have Ibs d from 1 and half year recently from 15 days I am taking eliwel 10mg and ibset 5mg I feel very sick if I miss the tablet for one day I get diarrhea and headache when informed doc he told to continue for month pls suggest

Dear sir/mam I have a problem when I used to eat the outside food which is full of spices after some time those food will make acid in stomach and cause the food to come out from food pipe food is not proper digested plzz help me out with this problem

Its been more than 5 years I am facing indigestion and extreme gas formation. Some of the experiences with the issue are: 1. Milk is not digested at night 2. Any kind of food item consumed that isnt good for my stomach like mentioned, will first give me a terrible stomach ache within 5 mins of consuming and will last till I excrete the food out. 3. During the stomach ache, gas formation takes place 4. With every passout of gas formed i feel a relief in stomach ache until it is formed again. 5. Any type of cloth item tied around my waist not even tight will give me hard time with stomach ache. 6. Never ending hairfall, cracking joints and tendons and ligament injuries are some other things I constantly face that might be helpful with the case. 7. The stomach issue is on peak in summers, happens on intervals in winters. The problem seems severe to me, busy doctors give me regular med nearby that does nothing to help. Hoping for good !
