I have a localised swelling towards right of belly button. I have NAFLD, liver size 17 cm . I don't know what's this swelling on small part of belly means ? I have gas since two days .

I am 54 year old male. I drink occasionally once in two weeks or maybe months . I used to smoke a lot for almost 23 years . But it has been two years I don't smoke at all. I am overweight. My ultrasound shows 170.0 mm length liver . Parenchymal echogenecity is increased in general. Hepatomegaly with Grad 2 fatty change . What should I do ? Please guide me.

I am Having acidity heartburn and cough in throat all time for long time. I m habitual of this.
