I ate non vegetarian foods and my diet is also good but still my b12 is 164pg/ml..i tried sublingual supplements and several other supplements but my levels are not increasing

I am in postpartum period (50days since delivery). My recent Ultrasound detected gall stones. Wanted to know if MRCP is safe for mothers who breastfeed. Will there be any issue for the child who is breast fed ?

I am just curiously asking I have heard that Nissen fundoplication has a high failure rate . And it can't be done more than 2 or 3 times . What if the Nissen fundoplication fails 2 or 3 times then what is the next surgical option to cure severe acid reflux no Dr says about it is there no cure for this what about the linx surgery . Is fundoplication the only option for this

I had done my colonoscopy before 10 days and after that I have an irritation or discomfort in my rectal region like itching or mild pain .is it because of colonoscopy and how to cure it what should be done to cure it .is it that I am eating toomuch oranges and fiber and more motions happening making this discomfort.

Hii. My mother age it's 57. She always have pain in left and and pinching in left side of breast when she pressured burp will come. Due to left hand pain she have pain in breast area. 1 year back we did Ecg. That times it's normal.

I had occasional stomach pain. Done my USG report says Hepatomegaly with Fatty liver, liver size 145 mm. Also done my LFT Bilirubin Total 1.2, SGOT 60, SGPT 90, A G Ratio 1.92 TSH, Lipid profile, Urea, creatinine in normal range. I started walking in morning for 25-30 min. Is that SGOT, SGPT level very high? Can it become normal ?

Myself sindhu I am getting nausea , abdominal cramps , not able to eat food from 3 days . I am having appetite but not able eat food . My stomach boating feeling more tired and weak . When I see food I am feeling vomit sensation . What would be a reason and what can be done for emergency in home .

1. April- I had server dirreah and vomitting after pG food. Later burping started. I took PPI for 3 months. But b12 deficiency conexisting, and endoscopy done. Reflux esophagitis was seen. Doc said go on bland food diet. B12 injection for 4 weeks. I did. After that I got UTI. 1 month took antibiotics. Norflox and fosfomycin. In December I ate outside and started to switch back to my normal home made diet with Indian spices added. Started acid reflux again. B12-314 , hemo is 10.8, doc said take nizonide. I was okay after 3 days. Stopped PPI. And now I have electryle imbalance, slight burping, Dizziness, it subsides after ORD and PPI, it comes back once I leave it or switch to normal food diet what my family have. Not sure what is this. I did LFT RFT abdomen scan, all are normal.
