He'llo doctor Today i ate watermelon on empty stomach in morning and i had foamy Stool at 9.40pm first' time i saw so much foam in my stool please tell what caused it, I'm scared

I have done my endoscopy 2days ago and the test for h pylori bacteria was negative but now the color changes to pink why? Am I negative or positive?

My mother has been suffering from severe anaemia and hyperacidity. She has been taking ferrous ascorbate, folic acid, zinc tablets 2 times daily for more than 2 years still her haemoglobin level remains below 8 g/dl. Excess gas in the intestine was detected in ultrasound abdomen test. Endoscopy report shows acute gastric errosions. Multiple erosions seen in the fundus, body and antrum of the stomach.            Patient's medical history: Around 15-16 years ago she had gallbladder surgery. She has also been taking antacids for a very long time. Visited number of medicine doctors and done lots of medical tests. Had 3 units of blood transfusions in Jan 2021 when haemoglobin reached a critically low level 4.3 g/dL and 2 units in June 2023 when haemoglobin level was 6.3 g/dL. Kindly suggest medicine to heal the gastric errosions in the stomach and absorb iron better.

SGPT 23 U/L SGOT 31 U/L Total Bilirubin 1.8 mg/dl Direct bilirubin 0.5 mg/dl Indirect bilirubin 1.3 mg/dl Total Protein 7.5 gm/dl Albumin 4.7 mg/dl Globulin 2.8 mg/dl A/G ratio 1.6 : 1 Alkaline phosphate 307 U/L Last year results were same. Only ALP reduced this time to 307 from 337 I also did below tests this time Calcium 9.43 mg/dl VIT D 16.8 ng/dl
