From last 4 days I am feeling trapped gas in chest and feeling shallow breathing while Spo2 is 96 and ECG is normal,BP 128/80 ,

Problem started last Monday with fever weakness dizziness(low bp) black stool stomach burn. Dr suspected of dengue/typhoid but tests were -ve platelets normal. We changed 3 doctors nobody can rectify problem. 1st diarrhea with black stool then after medication stool was normal for 1 day then little green stool (no diarrhea) then black stool (no diarhhea) but stomach was not getting clear very little stool passage & now again its yellowish brown stool but dizziness is there. Mild abdominal pain is there, a lot of gas & dizziness (low bp) is also there. IVF is helping bp but then again it becomes low. 1st day the bp was 90 then in between it was 100 then 50 then 114 and yesterday it was 90 since last Monday. Whole abdomen endoscopy was normal cbc- basophil count 0.01, monocyte count 0.14 esinophil 0.3 red cell width- 47.8 & 14.3 ESR- 55 Serum globulin- 3.5 rest was normal. What are possible suspects please help. Nobody is able to clarify our doubts. Have changed 5 docs since last week.

Two months ago i did ultrasound for my kidney stone. It shows few tiny calculi with sludge size around 2mm each. This stone need surgery? I donot having any symptoms up to now. Tell me the symptoms to watchout for? Thanx in advance

Hi, I am feeling inflammation of the body like internal fever after having food. Even curd rice makes me inflammation. Taking blend diet only. When I feel inflammation body, urinating more like anything. Feeling very much tired. I have mild gastritis. My stomach starts burning when it is empty. If I eat anything then immediately feel body inflammation nd it makes me to urinate more. Not even taking any spicy,oily,outside, processed foods and sweets. Only bland diet.did endoscopy 8 months before. No h pylori and only mild gastritis. Kindly suggest what might the reason. Blood tests are normal. How to find out this issue. My urine culture and stool culture also normal. I m helpless and not sure what test should be taken. Desperately need your help and suggestion. Thanks and Regards, Ramya

After i have dengue my SGPT and SGOT level is 400 now i have no dengue symptoms but my SGPT and SGOT level is 400. Is it curable? Or Dangerous?
