Elevated liver Ast Alt and joints pain.

Hi recently i have tested for lft and got these reports which shows three times high liver enzymes . I drink moderately once in three four months . Now suddenly my joints are paining and cracking a lot a slow arm movements makes joint cracking noise also my stomach is masking non stop churning and growling noise and too much gas is developing . My stool containing mucus and also stool is a bit undigested . Urine is yellowish sometimes . Heart rate elevates quickly as soon as i climb stairs or do something physical activity . Hepatitis panel already done which came out negative also ultrasound is clear . Please help me as these joints pain and muscle weakness is creating so much anxiety for me and also these elevated liver enzymes please tell me what would be the cause of all this .
