  4. AST & ALT high. Changed significantly.

I recently underwent Liver & Kidney Function test and the results showed elevated AST and ALT levels. I don't consume alcohol or smoke. I've also noticed that my urine is quite dark in the mornings and has a strong odor. When I got tested last year around September 2024, everything was normal, but within just one year, things have changed significantly.
