How can i reduce my alt-sgpt, ast-sgot
I am 30 year old and my weight 93.25kg. I feel abdomen pain in sometimes near liver position when i dont eat food or mid night while sleeping, Its being 2 or 3 times in month. Today i have test hepatitis b and c and LFT via healthians.com but hepatitis b and c result is non reactive. Aspartate Aminotransferase (AST/SGOT) Method: IFCC Kinetic 74.70 Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT/SGPT) Method: IFCC Kinetic 121.10 Gamma Glutamyl Transferase (GGT) 60.2 SGOT/SGPT Ratio Method: Calculated 0.62 Others value all normal. I didn’t take any medication yet. Now what to do and how can i reduce it at home, which food helps to reduce alt-sgpt and ast-sgot? Help me
