Slight pain and no hunger
Sir/ma'am Patient aged 72 diabetic and thyroid disease patient (TSH -8) is having slight pain in upper and central abdomen below ribs region. He is not feeling hunger and have just eat only biscuit and tea from 1 day. Pain is mild but majorly felt during lying down on bed. He is also passing gas sometimes and also burping. Kindly guide which disease is he suffering from? We have given him eno in water 1 hr ago.

Can be gastritis or gallstone disease. Should consult a surgeon and get examined as well
