Hi i have blood in stool for almost 2 years on and off i also have hard stools recently visited a doctor and taken sigmodoscopy they told i have small internal hemoroids and fissures do i need colonoscopy also but she didnt ask me to do that shall i ask her to do

Not needed. Just get yourself treated for piles/ fissure. Preferably laser treatment. It will settle.
