The condition you're Suffering from is known as gastroesophageal reflux disease. You neednot worry about it a lot, but you have to take certain precautions so that it doesn't happen in the future. Avoid, any oily fatty or fried food. Stay away from spicy food. Do not have any acidic foods like lemon and orange. And please take the medications which i am prescribing below and always keep your head end elevated when you sleep and always try to lie down on the left side, because it prevents your food and acidic secretions from refluxing back. Have frequent small meals rather than having large meals. Avoid sleeping immediately after you have food. Hope this helps
