Lack of posterior shadowing may point towards a polyp.
We need to look at other characteristics of this lesion on ultrasound like mobility, echogenicity, peduncle or sessile, thickening etc. to be sure that it is a polyp.
Next Steps
Treatment depends on the symptoms, comparing the size of this lesion with a previous ultrasound (if detected in an earlier scan), history of cancer in the family, etc.
