It's unlikely the doctor will suggest ?ayurvedic medicines,
When diagnosed with Antral Gastritis and Duodenitis, it's better to do H Pylori testing.
If found positive for that ( H pylori ) you will have to take a course of medicines to clear the bacterial infection.
Also need some other investigations for Evaluation of your symptoms.
There's treatment available with excellent results in Allopathy.
