Bleeding and straining dry stool
Ever since I started taking antibiotics, my stools have become dry/hard and there is strain while passing them. I have minor rectal bleeding due to it (few drops bright red) the remaining stool is soft it's just the initial phase. Is it a cause of major concern, will the bleeding stop once my course is over which is today as the last day. Do suggest management.
