Is it okay for bp to fluctuate throughout the day.. these r two readings i had taken today- afternoon 125/75 (70 pulse) and just few mints ago 143/89 (90 pulse) At certain point it can go till 150/90 which is usually my highest bp measurements of the whole day... Are these variations acceptable? I take losartan 25 mg coz earlier bp would spike high suddenly

Hello, I have mild Active ileitis in the background of lymphoid hyperplasia. Colonoscopy report says that few apthous looking ulcers in the terminal ileam. So i want to know is mild active ileitis curable? I took rifaximin 550 for it for two times but not Working at all. TB or carcinoma not detected. IBD not detected. Present symptoms : 1. Weight loss 2. Sometimes pain in rt lower abdomen 3. Weakness a d tiredness 4. Soft stool but not clear at all. No pressure of bathroom.
