A random dog licked my hand and my shirt sleeves. After 30 minutes, by mistake i had put that hand and sleeves in my mouth without washing hands. Should I get vaccinated?

You don't need to get vaccinated.Rabies is transmitted with the animal bite breaching the skin.

Firstly you are lucky that a "random dog" only licked your hand and shirt sleeve. It did not bite you . Secondly Rabies is spread by an animal bite . Not as an intestinal infection spread by the oro-faecal route.
