When i sit too pass my stool then after urination red fresh  blood is coming whenever i use pressure, i am noticing since a month but i was waiting to be cured automatically by body mechanism to repair it . I have no sex history, no mastrubation, no burning sensation or any other symptoms. sometimes when I urinate normally then also little bit blood comes from inside the penis with urine  .
