Hlo dr, at night while I was, awake only I felt sudden  fast heartbeat and sweating in hands and my feet and hands are cold... What is the reason of this??

Hello, 1 year ago my bilirubin was 0.6 then i check my bilirubin after five months, it became 1.2 and now i check my bilirubin is 1.90 Then i visited hepatologist. He said LFT is normal and liver is ok. B But my question is - if my LFT is ok then why my eye is yellowish? Is it the sign of other disease?

I takes 0 day rabies vaccine but I not noticed the small bump while inject the vaccine if there is no bump form means it's not effective ? Should I retake the vaccine?

I had kidney stone, flushed out,  got ultrasound normal report. Muslims observe a strict fast from dawn until sunset. They are not allowed to eat or drink (even water) during daylight hours. can i fast in upcoming roja.

Good evening doctor today I face loss in stock market. I measured my bp and pulse. My bp is around 118/74. But last 3 hours my heartbeat is in the range of 102-108. I am so much worried. Is this anything serious??? I take one clonzopam 0.25 mg but heartbeat still in this range and bp in range of 114-120 or 72/78.

My one relative 45yrs old complains of pain in legs , hip region, she did all tests her Hb was normal 11.8 and other test were also normal. But sikling test was positive. What's the next management plan . Doctor prescribed her with hydroxyurea and pain killers. She should continue it for how many days . Or she should start taking any other medications. Thank u
