Hii.. I got my health checkup done and in my lipid profile I got very low HDL Cholesterol- 25. My overall cholesterol is 101, triglycerides is 164, LDL is 55 VLDL is 32. HDL / LDL RATIO- 0.46 TRIG / HDL RATIO- 6.6 TC/ HDL CHOLESTEROL- 4 NON-HDL CHOLESTEROL- 75 LDL / HDL RATIO- 2.2 I am very tensed. How to increase HDL

In January, I did my thyroid test and it was 4 and then in April I again that my thyroid test it came eight in the same month. I did it again and it came 5 and then in May I did my thyroid test two times. It was 9. 28 so now do I need to have any medicines because doctor said that after 10 they prescribe any medicine and I have any irregular periods I have PCOS also so I wanted to know why I need to take any medicine and can TSH level be reversed because my T3 and T4 normal and a January, it was only four so is there any chance of my TSH levels to get back to normal after some months or is there any chance that maybe because of stress or some other reasons my TSH levels were high this month?

Having normal echo, negative tmt. All tests done recently, total cholesterol 152. Can run 1 kms easily without any such difficulty shows that cardiac health is okay? Sometimes i get skipped beats, sometimes i feel slow bpm. Skipped beats are not regular. Happens one two times in 2 days. That's why i am asking this question.
