Care AI Shimmer
Your symptoms of right ear pressure, burning sensation, nasal congestion, runny nose, and dizziness may indicate sinusitis, Eustachian tube dysfunction, or inner ear issues like vestibular neuritis. Allergies or mild infections could also contribute. Stay hydrated, try steam inhalation, and consider over-the-counter saline sprays or antihistamines for relief. Avoid inserting anything into your ear. Persistent symptoms or worsening dizziness require consultation with an ENT specialist for evaluations like nasal endoscopy, audiometry, or vestibular tests. Seek immediate care if you experience severe pain, fever, or hearing loss to rule out serious conditions.
