You should consult an ENT Specialist in your area for a physical examination. Your most frequent question, "why is it happening?" can be answered by a physical examination only, not by Tele-consultation.

Hello Sir, Your dizziness with fear, poor concentration, and worry about seizures sounds more related to anxiety and stress, but dizziness increasing on lying down can also be due to ear/balance issues. To know the exact cause, some tests and evaluation will be needed, but with proper management this can be controlled. Is there rotation of surrounding.. let me know if you stay in aur condition room . If it's cause of ac causing excess pressure around ear canal with you having allergy can cause such symptoms while lying down. But if you are actually having seizures ask someone to make video of it then it's likely to be myoclonic seizures. If you are anxious feel free to consult me anytime. I need to while lot of history and questions to be answered by you before we start medications or come to any conclusion

These symptoms may be due to Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo or Anxiety. You are facing fear during common activities , it points more towards Anxiety spectrum but BPPV needs to be ruled out.
Next Steps
If seizures are frequent and hamper your daily activities further assessment is required
Health Tips
To relieve anxiety, incorporate any calming activity like taking a walk, talking to friends and family, avoiding caffeine, do yoga, deep breathing whichever suits you. Reduce screen time

Dizziness that worsens while lying down can sometimes be related to inner ear (vestibular) problems, low blood pressure, anxiety, or other medical causes. The “seizure-like” feeling you describe needs careful evaluation, as true seizures are diagnosed based on clinical history and sometimes EEG (brain wave test). Anxiety can also cause fear, dizziness, and trouble concentrating, especially during activities like watching movies or playing games. But since you are also describing “seizure-like” sensations, it is important not to ignore this.
Next Steps
need much more details contact if needed further assistance

Psychogenic (Anxiety-Related) Dizziness: Anxiety or psychological distress can cause persistent dizziness, a sense of swaying or spinning, and even physical sensations that mimic seizures. These symptoms often worsen with stress, fear, or during stimulating activities like watching movies or playing games. Seizures: True seizures may be accompanied by a short pre-warning (aura) with dizziness or strange sensations and are usually brief. They are caused by abnormal electrical discharges in the brain, and risk factors include lack of sleep, dehydration, head trauma, and certain medications. Distinguishing Factors: Panic attacks (related to anxiety) often last longer than seizures and include physical symptoms like palpitations, sweating, and intense fear. Seizures tend to be brief (seconds to a couple of minutes) while panic or anxiety episodes can last from several minutes up to half an hour
Next Steps
Medical Evaluation: A thorough evaluation by a doctor (preferably a neurologist or psychiatrist) is essential to rule out neurological causes and confirm if symptoms are due to anxiety or another condition. Possible Investigations: Depending on the clinical exam, tests like an EEG (for brain activity), MRI (for structural causes), and basic metabolic panels (to rule out electrolyte imbalance) may be advised. Mental Health Assessment: If anxiety is suspected, psychological counseling or therapy may greatly help, and in some cases, medications (anxiolytics or SSRIs) may be considered.
Health Tips
Avoid Self-Medication: Do not start or stop any medications without professional advice. Lifestyle: Prioritize good sleep, avoid excess caffeine, and reduce screen time if symptoms worsen with movies or games. Seek Emergency Care: If there is loss of consciousness, prolonged confusion, tongue biting, loss of bladder control, or injury during an episode, seek urgent medical attention. Track Symptoms: Keep a diary of episodes (timing, triggers, duration, associated features), as this information is crucial for diagnosis
