Flu

My blood test shows neutrophils 26 and lymphocytes 64.All other counts are normal and the test is done on 5 day of period.Please guide

Last week i was having symptoms like chest heaviness at rest, palpitations, dizziness and anxiety.. I was worried it is heart problem so went for ecg n echo which came normal. I want to know can cervical be the cause for symptoms? I suspect this coz i can hear popping cracking sounds when i move neck... also i have had bad posture always Shall i see an ortho doctor?

Most of the times i feel tired. I am feeling afraid.
