Consuming excess apple cider vinegar, chia seeds, sabja seeds, and flax seeds can upset your electrolyte balance and lead to issues like low potassium (hypokalemia) and magnesium (hypomagnesemia). To replenish potassium, consider supplements like potassium chloride or potassium citrate (under medical guidance). For magnesium, magnesium glycinate or citrate is effective. Focus on electrolyte-rich foods like bananas, oranges, spinach, and nuts. Stay hydrated with oral rehydration solutions. Monitor glucose levels closely, as electrolyte imbalances can affect insulin function. Avoid excessive intake of acidic or high-fiber foods temporarily. Consult a doctor for personalized treatment and precise supplement dosages.

Use mousami juice for potassium. It's winter season easily available.   Only one company made magnesium glycinate 550 one per day. I don't remember the company name.
