My father has a sugar level of 130. He is taking his diabetic medicine. Along with diabetes he is also suffering heart disease and he is taking his medication for heart disease. Along with this medication is it safe for him to take Apple Cider Vinegar in the morning empty stomach?? Age- 56

Apple cider vinegar in moderation is good . Sometimes it causes nausea if you don’t dilute it . Make sure you dilute in water and consume immidiately
