I take 60k ui d3 weekly ya sometimes in 14 days gap  or 1 in month !! •what should I do to maintain my vitamin d levels lifetime I was deficient before 5 months and levels are normal now but worried about if t decrease again then Please ans this questions 1.Right time to take vitamin d3 and k2 2. Is it necessary to take d3 and k2 together if yes then in morning or in afternoon 3.aslo about magnesium all 3 magnesium d3 k2 together or seperately please tell time morning or evening 4. Proper amount of all there medicines without getting toxicity 5.if i take 60k iu in month then how can i manage vitmin k2 and magnesium 6. Magnesium citrate or glycnate which one is better

I take painkillers then only get relief having muscle and joints pain what should do to get relief from it already been 2 months is there any diet to be followed how can I less my symptoms as I don't want to take painkillers for long time. Do suggest some tips and precautions to heal soon and recover from it. Thank you 😊

Dear Sir, My Father age 64 years is having Hypothyroidism.his TSH level 14.59 in recent blood report but T3 and T4 are normal. He is having body swelling at foot ,legs,hands and face. After give Dytor 10 tablet swelling is going. Kindly suggest is that swelling due to Thyroid issue? All the blood reports for lever and kidneys are normal and heart is normal function. Kindly suggest for swelling.

Sir/madam, My mother,P.Nagamani has been suffering from hypertension.She has been prescribed so many medications but she has suffered from cold feet so finally she has accustomed to using "Aten 50 " medication .For some days the B.P is under control ,but recently again the B.P readings are being shown as " 150/101,146/99,144/95" since last 3 days .After consulting our physician he said us to continue with the same dosage.So I need clarification whether to increase the dosage of aten or continue with the same dose as advised by physician.

Hi, Since yesterday, I've been experiencing cramps in my upper stomach whenever I eat or drink. Last night, I had watery diarrhea, which has continued this morning. Could someone please suggest a medicine to relieve the cramps and stop the diarrhea? I am currently traveling and do not have access to a doctor. Thanks in advance.
