Sir my son is having fever, little cough and sore throat. Can I give him Watermelon juice and coconut water as his urine is yellow.

Areas of concern - Urea - 15 mg/dl, ESR - 34 mm/h, Vit D' 25-Hydroxy - 11.3 ng/ml, Blood Peroxidase Activity (Clinical pathology) - Trace Kindly advise further actions to be taken. Also, can it be corrected with lifestyle change? Is anything that needs immediate attention? If yes, which medical department deals with the issue concerned?

I am facing increased pain while passing urine burning type and also increased frequency with lower back pain sometimes red color urine What test should i do and which doctor should i consult? Urologist ? Gynecologist? Or nephrologist

Last night my throat started itching and after I slept I was shivering even in a regular fan. This morning I woke up getting extreme flatulence and around 10AM my fever started to rise to 103° F and my legs and things were paining constantly I took paracetamol and one gas tablet pantoprazole (idk the spelling) to relieve the pain. Still nothing Flatulence retains. Kindly help!
