Hi, this is a report of a female age 55, with no history of any disease. Her C reactive protein is 6 and attached files are blood reports. Other report contain borderline sugar and cholesterol. Is this blood report and c reactive protein report demands immediate attention?

Two dogs who were salivating in heat were on the road walked past me as I was buying bread from shop on street. After about 30-40 mins, there was a call and my mother picked the phone and handed to me. Now , I am worried if any saliva came on my fingers while taking off my shoes and if still it would be there on the phone since I had touched the phone without washing my hands, does my mother stand any risk of rabies infection.
