I did my best on dentist ,ent for bad breath . Now I am left with gastroentrologist... . Its a chronic bad breath... . Tried chlorehexidine, rabeprazol, nasal spray... . But now I don't know , I am thinking of H pyroli eradication therapy... Because i think this has got transferred from my friend through saliva... . I am not going to gastroentrologist because he will say me to go to dentist because I smoke and chew tobacco...But i am smoking and chewing tobacco from 2 years...and this bad breath is from around 17 years... . Watched youtube video with the statement that if you tried all than try H pyroli eradication therapy... What if i do it?...will there be any side effects...or it can harm my body

I had gone to my Village and was brushing my teeth in the Verandah. The weather was humid with a few occasional drops of water in the wind that I could feel on my face. Now during brushing, since I brushed a bit hard there was slight blood on bristles. Since there were stray dogs that were roaming and barking 7-8 feet away from me and I could feel the water drops against my mouth and nose with the wind, as I was rinsing, could any of dogs' saliva would have also come in my mouth or on my face with the wind like the occasional water drops? Could anyone get rabies like this?

I am 45 years male diabetic since 17 years. Recently I had done endoscopy during routine check up. In my endoscopy it is found that i have h pylori infection and doctor prescribed me Levoflaxc and amoxy for 14 days. After 8 days of endoscopy I tested my electrolytes level and my magnesium level was slightly low and doctor prescribed me magnesium oxide 400 mg. After taking 08 days of antibiotics and 2 days of magnesium oxide next morning my feets were swelled and i checked urine routine test and  my urine albumin 1+ was positive which was earlier negative before 04 days. Now I am feeling nauseated, headache, muscle cramps, tiredness and breathlessness. Kindly advice me proper diagnosis and treatment please.

Sir / Mam Can you please help me? . 9 years before , I used to consume cannabis a lot.. Certain incidents happen at that time because of which after consuming cannabis ,i used to over think and imagine... And suddenly after few months , I lost the brain power...I became slow in everything...and gradually I was dull like if thinking a little bit gave me headache .. Panic attacks were there, i felt like i will die... . I went to psychiatrist...They gave me anti depressent...it healed me for 3 years... . After that , medicines were not working...and 5 years before , I was not a depressed person...But I was a person with less thinking power... . Right now , I don't know what to do...I tell every psychiatrist the same thing...they give me some medicines...but they don't work..Taking multivitamin keeps my fatigue away...its like if I consume the supplements for brain ,it will heal me because I am not in depression.. . The only thing is my head is heavy with less brain power. Next please sir
