Hlo dr, I am feeling like something is there in chest and some weird feeling like gas is there... I  have tried Pan 40 also... How to get rid of this... Plz say...

For the past 15 days, I have been experiencing diarrhea and stomach pain. I took some medicines like antibiotics and painkillers, but after stopping them, my stomach pain started. So the doctor suggested some tests, including a liver test. In the test, my serum SGPT(ALT) was 56.90 U/L (0-35 range) and my serum SGOT(AST) was 29.20 U/L (0-40 range). SGPT rises due to antibiotics, painkillers, or any other reason.

I wanted to know at what stage does diabetic peripheral neuropathy hits ...as I don't have symptoms like urination , thirst, hunger , fatigue and my weight is also normal.. Recently I had pain in my left heel and doctor said it's planter facities after a week another feet started getting pricking like needle when I walk on hard floor and put my weight on leg while walking on hard floor... ( When I wear socks or shoes I won't be having pain though)... I am anxious that I am affected by diabetes???

Hi I got my blood test done yesterday my report says hba1c as 6.9 wherein glucose postprandial is within range and us 124 it is very confusing please let me know whether I am diabetic or no as I have no history of any blood sugar neither in me or my family and I don't eat too much of sweets or chocolates n all please suggest what us thus report is this report correct or wrong

Whenever I get into an argument, then I am unable to control this physical symptoms which my body suffers. My voice starts trembling during the argument and afterwards I start developing chest pain, which which continues for at least two hours, even after the fight has ended How should I tackle this?

I am feeling pain in upper middle back and sometimes in upper middle chest. Specially with body movement. When i lay on my left hand side than also this happens. Done all cardiac test Ecg, echo, tmt, chest xray, holter test. All normal and done just last month. I am clueless what it is. Pl guide what to do.

Hello Sir/Madam, Today in the evening one street dog licked my toe area. Is there any need for arv vaccination. I had done 5 doses of arv vaccination(xprab) already. My 5th dose was on 5 April 2024.
