I had thyroid fever which went away just wanted to ask if leg pain and little numbness, hand pain is common after thyroid

I am taking 75mcg for my thyroid. Last time my Total T4 ( thyroxine), serum was 13.51[H] which is little high. My weight is increased and severe hairfall is there. Should I increase my dose of medicine? If yes, then how much?

Recently got my Esr test done and the value is 30. I am not sure if that is ok? Please suggest if or not.

How to check if I have any vitamin and mineral deficiency? Which docter should I go for in my local area .

Yesterday I was having throbbing headache behind ear right side of the head. I took vasograin and naxdom 500 at 11pm. Today I am feeling dizziness since morning but no headache. Sugar and bp are normal. Could you please help me why I am going through with this. I m female 37, weight 80kg..

I am having watery stool since morning . 3 - 4 times till now and small pain at left side of the stomach.

A dog licked my bike's handle and after a few seconds I touched that and out of curiosity i tried to smell it if it was petrol or the same dog's salvia. Sir , 3 months back I had a check up.I am attaching all the reports sir . Doctor found out vit-D deficiency so prescribed 60,000 IU tabs weekly once for 12 weeks.i have completed but I found that my knees are hurting bad when I am in sqaut position.I have also heard that Vitamin-D3 should be taken along with vitamin-k2 tablets.Is it true..if so please suggest me what should I do ?

There are some medicine which are advised to store below  30 deg celcius, should we store that tablets on refrigerator? Are there any side effects of we store tablets in refrigerator?

From today morning I have severe watery stool . Went 6 times .Had one immodium also in the afternoon . But still after that motions are not in control . Had norflox 400 also in the evening . Am carrying immodium , norflox 400 and eldoper and ORS. Here in the island , don't have any doctors also . Can I have one more immodium or eldoper ?
