From today afternoon, i was having a mild pain in both the knees and the lower leg portion. With this i am also having light headache also. My body temperature is normal and i do not have any fever or cough. But this leg pain is making me uncomfortable. Though i do not have done any major activity or pressure to the body, but still i am facing this pain.

From last 1month am coughing alot .. take gas tablet cough syrup but didn't work till now no other symptoms..only coughing some time feel nausea.. what are the causes ?

I always have trouble while travelling in hilly areas. nausea,vomiting is a common occurrence. i have tried many hacks like sitting in the front, looking outside, opening window to breathe fresh air etc but nothing ever works. please help.
