Hemorrhoids
Hi, I am having some toilet issues from past 1 week or so. I am actually not constipated, like I do not need strain out the bowel movement it comes out naturally. But still the initial phase is a bit painful as if the stool is very dry. I do not have any bleeding but there is some internal hemorrhoids sort of thing which I can feel. There is no itching, nothing. What should I do, please help?

To alleviate constipation, consume a high-fiber diet rich in whole grains, legumes, fruits (especially berries, citrus fruits, and apples), vegetables (especially leafy greens, broccoli, and carrots), and nuts, while staying hydrated with plenty of water.

You cannot feel a haemorrhoid till you put your finger inside and try to feel the internal texture. And trust me, every inner anal area seems irregular if a non medico tries to feel it. If you have bleeding, black stool OR prolapse of internal pink thing, outside.
Next Steps
Do not worry. Look for danger signs mentioned above.
Health Tips
Eat extra fibre, green leafy vegetables. SYR. LACTIHEP 15ML PO AT NIGHT DAILY.
