Seitz bath 🛁 take a tub filled with hot to warm water add betadine solution n sit 7to ten minutes two times.
Tab zerodol sp three times a day after food for five days.
Montek lc one at night for 7 days.
Locally apply oxyurate ointment by index finger first on buthole than gently push inside the anus rotate the finger to cover anal mucosa completely before n after defication two times. For 3 weeks.for complete healing.
U can use betnovate c locally to avoid itch.

Do you have constipation? If so, that needs to be corrected.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, fruits like pappaya, orange, drink more water, glass of hot water before sleeping.
Syp. Dupahalac 10ml morning and evening.
For pain- tab combiflam one every 8hours for 5 days, after food.
For piles tab Venusmin 300mg one morning and one evening for 10days. Apply pilex ointment over piles 2 times daily for 10days.
Take hot Seitz bath, I.e sit in a tub of warm water, such that fomentation is done .
