First we would like to know the symptoms that lead you to take CT in the first place . If it was an accidental finding it would be benign like cyst or nodule as there is no calcification to make it worrisome . Given your age and gender , it can be benign .
Next Steps
For further evaluation have an Ultrasound to have a clear differential diagnosis and consult an endocrinologist .

The CT scan shows small hypodense areas in the thyroid, which could indicate benign conditions like cysts or nodules. Advice: Get a Thyroid Ultrasound (USG): This will provide more details about the hypodensity. Consult an Endocrinologist: They can assess if further evaluation, like a biopsy or thyroid function tests, is needed. Most such findings are not serious, but follow-up is essential to rule out concerns.
