Been feeling unwell since many days- heart rate stays fast, sometimes heart sinking down, chest n abdomen pressure, dizziness, headaches, elevated bp always Started LOSAR -A and vitamin b supplement today

Causes rashes in buttock region very rarely   near shoulder..not all days .once in a while.. Not sure if it's due to worms..took deworming tablet 2 days before..how many days it take to show effect

Hi Doctors, Since a week I am feeling intermittently hot and it was better till yesterday but again today I am feeling hot. Hey I have noticed a lump (lymph nodes swollen) between my ear and neck. It's not really big but I can feel the lump when I touch it. I only noticed it three days ago. I think it wasn't there before . I took a CBC test 2 weeks ago (not for this, I only noticed this 3 days ago) . So my total leukocyte count 2 weeks ago was 9500 cells /cu mm and heamoglobin was 14.0 gm% and platelet count is 3.05 lakhs I guess all these are normal also my rbc count is 5.53 millions. I don't have any other symptoms and I feel normal, but this lump is making me worry, should I see a doctor? Or is it nothing to be worried about?

I have been doing exercise regularly and I don't eat food from outside but still, my cholesterol has increased from 190 to 270 in 8 months. What's the reason for the sudden increase in cholesterol level and what I can do to regulate it? I only use ghee and mustard oil in my diet. Should I stop using ghee?
