My father in law 80 yrs old, and for the past 2 days, he has been feeling dizzy and not eating well. He feels out of breath whenever he walks to drink water.

I have localised left chest pain. Done all tests. Echo tmt(april 2024) holter chest xray All normal. Do i have to repeat these tests again? Still i should be concerned of cardiac issue? Please guide. I have done tmt 3 times in 6 months, 2 echo in 6 months. The fear of heart issue is not going away due to this pain and all.
