Flu

So i had lightheadedness started last month and then heart palpitations, i did ecg there was sinus tachycardia with extras systole and i did cbc,tsh,electrolytes check, hb-12.0, iron and electrolytes norma, tsh-9.74 and t3 and t4 normal consulted an endocrinologist and started levothyroxine 50 mcg - its been 7 days i am taking it and the lightheadedness and skipped heart beat is still there. I was told to take propranolol 10mg but while i take it the palpitations are better but the lightheadedness is still there and again the next day i feel palpitations. While i stand i have high heart rate, while sitting heart rate is 80-85 and while i stand it is 110-115. While i walk it goes upto 140

I am having pain in left leg specially in lower part of leg. I walk daily for continuous 1 hour. Sometimes swelling also occur.

My friend is suffering from needle like pain at one spot in middle left of chest since 2-3 years. Sometimes feeling breathlessness along with pains at same spot. Pains and breathlessness problems worsening during periods along with sweat. 2D echo showed mild PAH and Mammography results are normal. B12, D3 levels are normal. Can there be any other reasons?

I got my rabies vaccine 5 doses one month ago ( due to a dog scratch on 15th mar and started vaccination on 17 th March(2 days late) - till 16th of Apr) and again got a dog scratch on 10 th of May... I got anxious and took 3 shots again started after 6 days of the scratch... Is it a matter of concern to get this many shots of anti rabies will it have any side effects.. also the vaccine i took was abhayrub... Plz reply bcoz I am getting anxious

Hlw sir , my age 30+ Since more then one weeks I have benn suffreing left abdomen pain,  can cause of fatty liver or anything else???I have done w/a abdomen USG result showing that I have Grade-2 fatty liver, what should I do and diet should follow kindly suggest

I have lot of sweating after intake of water wheather it's cold, normal or hot water. Any specific reason behind this ? Any sign of disease ?

I had one TT shot on January 21, 2024, but today I stumbled into a tiny pothole at the road construction site, which resulted in a small cut on my nail and very small amount of bleeding. Is another TT shot required? The pothole was dry yet dirty.
