For the past week, patient has constant constipation and from past 3 days patient is facing black stool.
I am feeling that food is not getting digested properly and I always feel full and have less desire to eat food.
Constipation+ less desire to eat food+ always feel full + food intake is reduced + not eating any junk food + black stool+ food coming in out + acidity
Already have been diagnosed for typhoid (one year back) and jaundice (5 years back)

Black stool could be due to oral iron supplements or bleeding from the upper gastrointestinal tract. As you have acidity, abdominal discomfort,a proper evaluation is suggested,do consult a physician in your area.
Is patient on any iron supplements?
Kindly mention the medical history
Is patient alcoholic?
Any epigastric discomfort?
Endoscopy done ever in past
Go for cbc , stool for occult blood
Also deworming required
Constipation can be a symptom of dehydration and lack for fibres in the food . Even with this symptom sometimes people will feel full and bloated. As with the history of jaundice in past, it will be helpful to have a LFT to make differential diagnosis.
Supplements too can stain the stools accordingly.
Next Steps
Increase water intake and add green leafy vegetables, calcium rich food like guava to increase the bulk of stool .
Take a Liver function test for seeing if there is elevation in enzymes and consult if elevated
Look out for any supplement intakes
