Flu

I have been experiencing upper back tingling and a burning sensation since I had COVID, and it has persisted until now. Recently, I've also been facing heart palpitations, especially when I walk or climb steps. I underwent ECG and ECHO tests, and both results came back normal. Please suggest what I should do.

Weakness and fatigue Allergies Dry mouth especially at night Moderate hearing loss in one ear Trouble with Balance Feeling fog headed under sun(with minimal sun exposure) Anxiety Weak gut health Are these issues related to any particular condition? I went to multiple doctors over the years. They all treat the symptoms. But everything comes back after a few weeks of medication. I need to know what this is.

I had a muscle twitch in left leg below knee area 5-6 days back but till date that area is hurting when I am putting pressure on on that leg I am facing Difficulty in walking due to pain.

Hi, I was diagnosed with weekly Dengue on Saturday and platelets count was 2.20L. Yesterday count was 2lakhs. Today I skip and doctor asked to do count again tomorrow. Now my confusion is that I have no symptoms of fever, vomit, body pain, throat pain. I m little weak that also bcoz I am lying on bed and eating less. As per doctor I may have to admit and keep checking count if it goes down to 75k. Should I be worried or I m okey and can rest at home and get well

I had fever 101-102 for 2 days with joint pains...took DOLO 650 every 5-6 hours for two days. Now I have no fever but mild body pains still. All of a sudden developed itchy red small  rashes whole body ...what could be the reason ? Please advice
