Your blood test results suggest mild anemia, which could be due to iron deficiency or other factors, but the levels are not dangerously low.
Next Steps
Your levels suggest mild anemia, likely due to iron deficiency, which can be corrected with diet and supplementation. However, further tests are needed to rule out other causes like chronic illness or internal bleeding. Please consult with the full report.
Health Tips
Include iron-rich foods: Spinach, lentils, eggs, red meat, fish, and fortified cereals. Consume vitamin C-rich foods (citrus fruits, tomatoes) to enhance iron absorption. Limit tea/coffee intake around meals as they inhibit iron absorption.
