Today I have done my fasting blood sugar and its shows 107.9
Exactly one month ago I had done my fasting blood sugar it showed 114 so my blood sugar has reduced to 107.9. So is this range normal or I have to reduce it more
I have not taken any medicine I only walked half and hours daily for one month.
Plzz recommend next steps to reduce less than 100.
