You are unlikely to have diabetes as your hba1c is normal.A raise in glucose level after any type of food is not fasting glucose, rather it is random glucose

There are 2 explanations to such a blood result 1. You do not have diabetes mellitus and simply did not fast enough for the fasting blood glucose test (quite often is the case) specially having tea and biscuits 2. You have diabetes mellitus but also another condition that is affecting the turn over of your red blood cells causing a false low HbA1C (rare but we see some cases) which I don’t think is in your case. Hba1c normal u had hight because u gave sample after having tea and biscuit if u have any doubt please check fbs,ppbs after 1 month

No...you don't have diabetes...your HbA1c in normal... Your FBS high coz of test done after breakfast
