Your symptoms of heaviness in the eyes, keeping your eyes closed, and headache may be related to your thyroid condition or other underlying factors. Stress or hormonal imbalances related to thyroid disorders may trigger tension headaches or migraines, which can cause pain around the eyes
Next Steps
If you have persistent eye discomfort, swelling, or changes in vision, please consult for further evaluation and treatment

"Hello, Saloni. The heaviness in your eyes, along with a headache, could be due to multiple reasons, including thyroid-related eye disease (thyroid ophthalmopathy), unbalanced thyroid hormone levels, or other issues like sinusitis, eye strain, or even hypertension. It is important to rule out any associated symptoms like redness, swelling, double vision, or blurring of vision. I recommend getting your thyroid function tests done, along with a complete eye examination. Additionally, ensure that you stay hydrated, avoid prolonged screen time, and manage stress. For a detailed evaluation and personalized treatment plan, feel free to reach out to me. You can contact me via WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two. Wishing you a speedy recovery."
